
SEE'S CHOCOLATE CENTERS
Part 1:
Ingredients needed
2 lbs. powdered sugar (4 2/3 cups)
1/4 pound butter
1 can of Eagle Brand Sweet and Condesed Milk
Mix well in mixer or by hand. Divide dough into different portions. Add flavoring, such as: mint, cherry mar chino, maple nut, and nuts chopped. Make into small ball and put in feezer.
Part 2:
Grate milk chocolate for dipping into double boiler. Heat to 125 degrees, stir often. Remove from heat and cool to 100 degrees.
Add 2 tsp. grated paraphin to chocolate to melt.
Take centers from freezer a few at a time and dip in chocolate. Put on wax paper to cool and set.
Tip: When dipping chocolate use dipping spoons-it keeps your hands from getting all chocolatey!
