Lifting-Burdens

The Holidays are a time to rejoice, a time of giving and sharing, and a time of thankfulness. In the crazy world we live in it is also a very busy time. For all of us there is always a moment where we want to pause time so we can catch up or fast forward through the hard times to see the good. It is easy at times to forget what we are actually celebrating. As we start the holiday season this year let us pause to remember what the holidays are to represent.
This thanksgiving-as we begin in our festivities- let us show to our Saviour that we are thankful for all that we have been given by giving to others. When we serve our fellow men we are only in service of our God. As we serve we will also see that our burdens (whatever they might be) shall be made light!
